Services

What we can build for you

From framing the problem to running it in production. We pick the stack the work needs, not the one that is trending.

  • Web applications

Back-office systems, dashboards, customer portals and SaaS products built to handle real concurrent use.

    • Next.js
    • React
    • TypeScript
    • NestJS
    • PostgreSQL
  • Corporate websites

Company sites, product pages and landing pages your own team can edit, bilingual from the start, with SEO built in rather than bolted on.

    • Next.js
    • Headless CMS
    • SEO
    • i18n
  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one codebase, taken from design all the way through App Store and Play Store review.

    • React Native
    • Flutter
    • Expo
    • Push / Deep link

And specialist work

  • AI systems for business

Assistants that answer customers, search across your internal documents, and pull structured data out of paperwork — wired into what you already hold.

    • Claude API
    • RAG
    • Vector search
    • OCR
  • Custom systems and integrations

Getting your ERP, accounting software, LINE OA, payment gateway and internal APIs to talk to each other.

    • REST / GraphQL
    • Webhook
    • LINE OA
    • Payment gateway
  • Taking over existing systems

Inherited a codebase with nobody left to maintain it? We read it, document it, close the risky gaps, then keep building.

    • Code audit
    • Refactor
    • Documentation
    • Monitoring

Process

From brief to production

Split into phases, priced per phase, each one ending in something you can see and use.

  1. Frame the problem

Before a line of code exists we ask until it is clear who uses this, what for, and what it has to connect to.

You getScope document and a quote broken out by phase

  2. Design and architecture

User flows, screens, data model, and a stack chosen to fit your team size and your long-term maintenance budget.

You getA clickable prototype and an architecture plan

  3. Build, reviewed together

You talk to the engineers writing your code the whole way through, so you can change your mind while changing it is still cheap.

You getSomething you can actually click, not a status report

  4. Launch and hand over

Deployed to production, then handed over in full: source, documentation and every access key.

You getA live system and a repository that belongs to you

What we build

The work we get asked for most

  • Back-office systems

Moving work off spreadsheets and paper

Data scattered across files, people overwriting each other, and nobody sure which copy is current.

    • Next.js
    • NestJS
    • PostgreSQL
  • Mobile apps

    An app for your customers

Membership, bookings, loyalty points or order tracking, wired into your LINE OA and the systems you already run.

    • React Native
    • LINE OA
    • Firebase
  • Integrations

    Making existing systems talk

ERP, accounting, payment gateways and internal APIs that stay in their own worlds until someone re-keys the data by hand.

    • REST / GraphQL
    • Webhook
    • Queue

Why us

What we commit to on every project

  • You own the code, all of it

The repository, the documentation and every access key are handed over. Nothing stays locked to us.

  • Fixed price per phase, upfront

You know the cost before we start. If the scope moves we talk first, so no invoice ever arrives as a surprise.

  • Talk straight to the engineers

No account manager relaying messages. Ask a technical question, get the answer from the person writing the code.

  • We pick up abandoned systems

It doesn't matter that the original team is gone. We read the code, document it, and carry on from where it stalled.

FAQ

What clients ask before we start

How do you price work?

A fixed amount per phase, against the scope we agreed. You see the full cost before we start. If you want to add work mid-project, we tell you the cost and schedule impact before anyone touches it.

Who owns the code at the end?

You do, entirely. We hand over the repository, the documentation and every relevant access key, so you can move it to another team the same day if you want to.

Do we have to go through an account manager?

No. You talk to the people writing your code, so technical questions get answered by someone who knows the answer rather than someone relaying it.

Can you take over a system nobody maintains any more?

Yes. We start by reading the code and writing you an honest status report: what works, what is risky, what to fix first. Then we agree together on repairing it or rewriting parts of it.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope and how many systems have to be connected. You get a phase-by-phase timeline once the framing stage is done, rather than a guess made before anyone knows the details.
